Feeling the love on every page.

The Vanderbeekers are one big and loving biracial family. The five siblins get along together so well, although they all have very different personalities. And they live in a neighbourhood that is a true community of people that help and respect each other. Although their house isn't perfect, it caries all their family memories and dreams. So, when their landlord said they need to leave their home and the neighbourhood, everyone comes together to figure out how to regain their home.
"We didn's win over the Beiderman," Isa said, "but this made me realize that home is much more than a place".
The Vanderbeekers are really kind and they always solve problems with kindness. They also love animals, having three pets, and taking care of some stray cats as well.
Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened.
The website of the author, Karina Yan Glaser, has some great resources where you can listen to some of the music that Isa is playing on her violin, or take a quiz, or look at a photo of the author's pets that were the inspiration for the Vanderbeekers pets Franz, George Washingthon and Paganini.
This story has all the ingredients for a great read: loving characters, adorable pets, big mistery and a happy ending.
