The last one for this year.

This is a story about a Mum doing what Mums do: moving mountains to save their children. In order to save her sick son, Mrs. Frisby flies on the back of a crow, talks to the owl, and goes to the the secret cave of the rats of NIMH to ask for their help. She would have never done any of these brave things if Timothy was well and strong to move houses that spring. And even if that means risking her live, she takes the risk.

"I'm Timothy's mother. If you and Arthur and others in your group can take risks to save him, surely I can, too."

Justin is another very brave character. Although he was the youngest rat, he was the bravest and he helped the rats of NIMH escape the lab. The lab was doing experiments on animals. Some of the tests killed the animals, but fortunatelly for the rats, their experiment made them smarter and stronger, so they were able to survive.

"Well, people are our cows. If we're smart enough, why shouldn't we get food from them?"

I like reading advanture books, and this was a real page turner. I liked how the experiment turned to the benefit of the lab rats and instead of killing them, made them smart and capable to escape.

I believe no animals should be used in human experiments.
